Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. 

Free shipping

Orders of $49 or more ship free. For orders under $49, shipping is $5.99 flat rate.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, email us at rcopur@petlewa.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible at rcopur@petlewa.com. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
